Welcome to Go4toro, a goal-tracking and reflection platform designed to help users set, track, and achieve their goals. By accessing or using Go4toro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Go4toro is a product of Fanie Home Pty Ltd.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to Go4toro and all related services provided by Fanie Home Pty Ltd.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses or registers for Go4toro.
• "Payment Gateway" refers to the third-party service provider handling payments for Go4toro.
• "Trial Period" refers to the 7-day free access period before payment is required.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Go4toro. By using Go4toro, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Data Privacy & Security

3.1 Collection of Data

• Go4toro collects personal data, including but not limited to name, email, and usage details, to improve the user experience.

3.2 Data Protection & Security

• We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect user data.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• Users can request the deletion of their accounts and associated data by contacting support.

3.3 Third-Party Services

• Go4toro may use third-party services for payments and analytics. These third parties have their own privacy policies, which users should review separately.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

4.1 Payment Process

• Go4toro does not operate on an automatic subscription basis. Users must manually renew their membership by making payments via the payment gateway each month.
• Users are required to make a payment only after completing the 7-day free trial period to continue using Go4toro.
• Users are responsible for initiating their payments. Failure to renew will result in restricted access to Go4toro until payment is completed.

4.2 Trial Period

• New users are granted a 7-day trial with full access to Go4toro’s features.
• The trial period allows users to determine the value of Go4toro before making a payment.
• If payment is not made after the trial period, access to the platform will be restricted.

4.3 Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided once a payment has been made after the trial period.
• Users are encouraged to utilize the 7-day trial period to assess whether Go4toro meets their needs before making a payment.
• Billing disputes or erroneous charges must be reported within 5 business days of the transaction.

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use

• Use Go4toro for personal and professional goal tracking only.
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on the platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5.2 Account Termination

• Go4toro reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Terminated users will not be eligible for refunds unless termination was due to an internal platform issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Go4toro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for loss of data, financial loss, or third-party service failures.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their data backups and account security.

7. ZizoRewards

• ZizoRewards is a loyalty program within Go4toro that incentivizes users for engaging in reflective goal tracking and completing milestones.

7.1 Earning Rewards

• Users earn points for completing goals, logging reflections, and engaging in community activities.
• Bonus rewards are given for consistent usage over time.
• Special promotional events may offer additional reward opportunities.

7.2 Redeeming Rewards

• Points can be redeemed for platform benefits such as extended access, mentorship credits, or discounts on premium features.
• Redemption availability is subject to periodic updates and promotional offers.
• Unused points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

7.3 Fraud & Abuse

• Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the rewards system through fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from ZizoRewards and potential suspension from Go4toro.

7.4 Changes to ZizoRewards

• Go4toro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ZizoRewards at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes.
